About Me
Chef Eric is originally from Panama, with Spanish blood. Chef Paz specializes in Spanish and International food. Known as the Paella King of Texas, he is the former owner of La Bodega Gourmet restaurant in Bee Cave, Austin, and a 4-time winner of the Austin Paella Cookoff.
His menu is based on traditional Spanish food, tapas, a variety of paella styles and international cuisine. Paella is cooked on-site, to go, or delivered. Small, medium or large groups are welcome!
