Chef Eric is originally from Panama, with Spanish blood, Chef Paz specialized in Spanish e International food. Paella King, TX. The former owner of La Bodega Gourmet restaurant, located in Bee Cave, Austin, has won 4 times the Austin Paella Cookoff. His menu is based on traditional Spanish food, Tapas, and a variety of Paella styles and International Cuisine.
